You can share your IdeaBoard with your team members to work together in real-time or just for review purposes.

Follow the steps below to share your MockFlow IdeaBoard with your team members.
1In the MockFlow IdeaBoard editor, click 'Space Members' in the top-right corner.

2Then, in the space members list sidebar, enter the email ID of the user to be added.

3Choose a role for the user from the options - Reviewer, Editor, or Admin.
- Reviewer: Users can view shared boards and all their data but cannot make edits.
- Editor: Users can edit and add data but cannot share the board.
- Admin: Users will have full access, including editing, sharing, removing members, and deleting the board.

4 If the added user missed the shared invitation, it can be re-sent by clicking the 'Role Dropdown' and selecting 'Resend Invite.'
