How to share your IdeaBoard with your team?

You can share your IdeaBoard with your team members to work together in real-time or just for review purposes.


For sharing with a public link to an external member or to a larger group, refer to this article on sharing your board with a public link.


Follow the steps below to share your MockFlow IdeaBoard with your team members.


Sharing can also be done from the Design Space. Check out this article for more information.


1In the MockFlow IdeaBoard editor, click 'Space Members' in the top-right corner.

2Then, in the space members list sidebar, enter the email ID of the user to be added.

3Choose a role for the user from the options - Reviewer, Editor, or Admin.

  1. Reviewer: Users can view shared boards and all their data but cannot make edits.
  2. Editor: Users can edit and add data but cannot share the board.
  3. Admin: Users will have full access, including editing, sharing, removing members, and deleting the board.

4 If the added user missed the shared invitation, it can be re-sent by clicking the 'Role Dropdown' and selecting 'Resend Invite.'
